U13 - U19 ELITE PROGRAM
Similar to the competitive program, our Elite Players have now reached the final stage of the playing format with 11v11. Our Elite players have stood out in a way that shows us they are ready to compete beyond the local Austin/San Antonio area. Our Elite teams will face regional & national competition via the Elite 64 League, Elite Academy League, Frontier League, SCL or NPL. These top-level competitions come with Showcase opportunities and exposure to college/professional coaches and scouts. Travel can be expected across the state of Texas as well as 1-2 out of state playing weekends per year.
My kids have played for Cap City for many years, both in the Junior Academy & Select Programs. The thing I like best about the club is the coaches truly care about the kids and their development. My kids have each had multiple coaches who invested in them both as players and as people and it made a huge difference. I think the big reason I recommend Cap City is that my kids feel like they are cared for, like they belong and like they are a part of something.

THE CAP CITY ELITE PROGRAM
Competitions
We seek to provide our Elite teams with the best competition we can. We are proud league members of: Elite 64, Elite Academy, Frontier League, State Classic League, National Premier League and more.
We also aim to attend the most prestigious tournaments that we can. Our club has sent teams to Dallas Cup, Copa Rayados and other highly rated youth tournaments.
Video & Performance Technology
The Elite Programs have all games recorded with performance data provided to all players. Players in our Elite Program have access to their own game film as well as their performance results. Data such as sprint speed, distance covered, touches, etc are all recorded and made available to them.
Player Evaluations
Player evaluations are a part of our coaching curriculum that we find to be extremely beneficial to our players and parents. Our coaches will provide direct feedback to each player at the halfway stage of the season to review their fall performance and prepare them for the upcoming spring season. It will identify player strengths and areas of improvement for each player.
Our kids enjoy playing for Cap City. The coaches are amazing!! They really focus on developing the player. The training sessions are well rounded to include skills training, conditioning and games. We love our Cap City family!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Players are identified through a tryout process.
Leagues:
Elite 64, Elite Academy, Frontier, State Classic League, National Premier League, UPSL (U19)
PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The Elite Program can be year-round based on performance. Pre-Season fall training begins in late July. Fall competition runs August-December while spring competition runs February-May. Teams advancing to National Finals can compete as late as June.
TRAINING FORMAT
Elite teams train 3x per week. Sessions can range from 75 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. Teams that are U13 and older typically have start times for training at/after 7pm.
Training schedules are set in June or July once the club has completed tryouts and coaching assignments.
PROGRAM FEES
U13 & UP = $2,475
Payment Terms: $275 deposit due upon team placement in June. Remaining dues will begin drafting in August and can be scheduled to be paid in full or broken into four or eight monthly payments.
